We want you to know exactly where you stand before you buy. This policy covers all digital products sold through everthrivepet.com.
Digital products & workshops
Due to the digital and instantly downloadable nature of our online workshops, workbooks, flowcharts, and associated materials, all sales of workshops, courses, and any other digital products are final and non-refundable.
Once your purchase is completed and access has been granted, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Before you buy
Please read the full description of any workshop or product carefully, and make sure it is the right fit for you and your dog. If you are unsure whether something suits your situation, email us at info@everthrivepet.com before purchasing — we would far rather answer your question first than have you buy something that isn’t right for you.
Technical issues
If you experience any technical difficulty accessing your purchase or downloading your materials, contact us immediately at info@everthrivepet.com so we can assist you. We will always make sure you receive what you paid for.
Cancellations
For on-demand and pre-recorded digital content, there are no ongoing subscription fees and no cancellation is required. Your payment is a one-time charge for lifetime access to the material you purchased.
Statutory rights
Depending on where you live, you may have statutory rights that apply in addition to this policy. Nothing here limits any right you hold that cannot lawfully be excluded.
